1. Go to the Sources page

From the left-hand menu, click Sources.
This will take you to the Documents page, which shows everything currently in your knowledge base.

2. Click the “New” button

In the top-right corner of the Documents page, click the New button to open your upload options.

3. Choose how to upload

You can add documents in three ways:

  • Upload from your computer – Select one or more documents directly from your device.

  • Import from Google Drive – Connect your account, browse files, and import.

  • Paste a public URL – Add any online document (e.g. privacy policy) by pasting its link.

You can add multiple documents across all methods in one go.

4. Click Continue

After selecting your documents, click Continue. Vera will scrape and process the files in a few seconds and add them to your knowledge base.

5. You're done

The uploaded documents will now be used by the AI Assistant when answering questionnaire questions - along with any past answers or related sources.

By following this guide, you'll be well-equipped to upload documents to Vera's knowledge base effectively.
