1. Go to the Questionnaires tab
From the sidebar, click Questionnaires.
This page shows a list of all the questionnaires you've already uploaded, along with their status.
2. Click “New” to upload a new questionnaire
In the top-right corner, click New.
You’ll be prompted to enter basic information to help organize the questionnaire.
3. Fill in customer details
Customer or prospect name: For easy future reference.
Associated revenue: Optional, can help track deal value.
Currency: Select the appropriate one for the opportunity.
5. Select the questionnaire type
Choose the correct type: e.g. Security Questionnaire, RFP, or DDQ.
This step is important - the AI uses different logic depending on the type.
6. (Optional) Configure advanced options
Click Advanced Options to:
Set a due date: Let the platform know when the response is due.
Exclude tags: Skip any knowledge base documents tagged with selected terms.
7. Click Continue
Once everything’s filled out, click Continue.
The questionnaire will be uploaded and analyzed - this may take a few seconds.
