1. Select Multiple Questions

In any section (e.g. Awaiting Approval or Needs Review), you can use the checkboxes to select one or more questions.

2. Use Bulk Actions

Once questions are selected, you can perform several actions from the menu:

In Awaiting Approval:

  • Mark all as approved: Confirm that all selected answers are correct.

In Needs Review:

  • Regenerate answers: Retry with Vera's AI.

  • Apply a custom prompt: Rewrite answers using your own instructions.

  • Use a saved tweak: Apply a predefined tweak to all selected answers.

3. Advanced Options under “More Actions”

From the More Actions menu, you can also:

  • Assign to a team member: Route questions to the right expert.

  • Assign to a section: Group questions under logical headings (e.g. "Product", "Security")

  • Add or remove tags: Make filtering easier later.

  • Save to Past Answers: Manually save a reviewed answer to your knowledge base.

4. Automatic Knowledge Base Updates

Once questions are approved, Vera automatically saves the answer content to your knowledge base.
You only need to manually save if you're reviewing and approving outside of the default flow.

By following this guide, you'll be well-equipped to upload documents to Vera's knowledge base effectively.
