Can't log in after receiving an invitation
After receiving your invitation and trying to Sign In with Google. You may see the following error:
This is because when you receive an invitation you can only sign up to the platform with a password and not using Single Sign-on.
To resolve this issue you can either:
Reset your password following this guide.
Get in touch with support to ask for your account to be switched to a Sign-in with Google account.
